Key Responsibilities: Screen and manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses and prioritising urgent matters.
Applying for jobs, and projects via jobserve, and Linkedin.
Act as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external contacts.
Creating reports, presentations, and other documents.
Prepare regular reports on project plans and status reports.
Formulating spreadsheets and recording data.
Managing multiple calendars.
Scheduling meetings.
Preparing agendas.
Occasional Personal tasks.
Invoice management Scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.

Requirements: Certificate of higher education (Bachelors) preferred.
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or demonstrate administrative experience.
Experience within HR and Accounts management.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Personal checks including enhanced DBS required.
