As a Global Tender Manager at ICS, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth by identifying and winning competitive tenders, specifically for our Translation service line.
The Global Tender Manager will work closely with Market Growth, along with stakeholders across departments, taking accountability for crafting compelling and winning tender proposals.
Overseeing the end-to-end tender process, you will ensure the submission of high-quality, compliant and competitive translation tenders that align with our strategic objectives.
Role Full-time (37.5 hours), permanent Identifying and managing end-to-end tender process for language services Engaging and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders Ensuring tender submissions meet client, legal and industry regulations Working across departments to gather necessary resources for an informed tender process Continuously improving tender processes and methodologies to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and success rates.
Upskilling team members, sharing best practice and staying on top of industry trends/changes Requirements Proven experience in managing the tender process from start to finish, specifically within the Translation industry Strong organisational and project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously, adhere to deadlines, and ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard High level of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure all tender documents meet quality and compliance standards Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write clear, compelling, and persuasive tender documents Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders Understanding of relevant legal and regulatory requirements for tender submissions Ability to analyse tender requirements, assess risks, and develop effective solutions and responses Strong commercial awareness and understanding of pricing strategies, cost structures, and financial considerations in tendering Benefits 33 days annual leave, plus birthday off!
