Reports to: Head of RewardContract Type: Permanent, Full Time, Hybrid (3 days in office)Location: London or PeterboroughReward TeamThe Reward Team provides subject matter expertise on compensation, benefits, and recognition programs globally.
It provides insights and recommendations through internal and external market reviews and analysis to ensure that data supports.
The team also provides operational support on group Reward programs such as group bonuses and annual salary reviews.Role purposeThe role is key in supporting on all annual Reward processes, including annual salary reviews, benefits renewals (UK), and maintaining the Job Architecture.
It will also support the Head of Reward on projects such as incentive design, new initiatives, etc.Key accountabilitiesLead the annual Reward processes such as pay review and bonusesSupport the Reward Analyst in maintaining the Job Levels (Aon Radford Methodology) and complete the annual salary survey.
Support on Benchmarking governanceReview salary ranges and ensure they are up to date and capture market shiftsSupport the Head of Reward on development and research of new initiativesLead on the implementation of new reward initiativesPreparing adhoc presentations and proposalsManage relationships with third party benefit providers and resolve escalated benefits + pensions queries (2nd Stage)Experience and personal qualitiesThe role requires experience across all areas of compensation and benefits, with knowledge of pay structures, bonus/incentive design, job analysis/evaluation and benchmarking.
