Specialising in the sports, fashion, outdoor, and wider consumer goods markets, our team members have over 40 years' collective experience in their relevant fields providing a strong foundation for a business built on passion, hard work, and deep industry specialism.
Virtua is backed by an impressive venture capital investor team and is being set-up for significant scale & growth in the future.
We have a particular expertise in working with clients in international territories, relocating talent from all over the world & working with some of the most innovative talent across ecommerce, brand marketing, creative, finance, operations, sales, product creation and sustainability across the brand & retail markets.
We're looking for a Delivery Partner with a strong track record in executive search, management consulting, or HR business partnering to join our team and report directly to our Global Commercial Director.
This role will partner with all of our subsidiary businesses and handle a multitude of positions across our entire client base.
We cover a range of different roles across sales, marketing, finance, HR, ecommerce, technology, operations, supply chain, and omni-channel.
We are looking for someone with an eye for client development and who also possesses huge amounts of entrepreneurial flair when it comes to working within a start-up business.
This role will have the scope to build and hire a delivery team, whilst assessing new opportunities to grow our roots further with our impressive client roster.
We are looking for for a process and operational specialist, who has a keen eye for detail and a people-centric approach.
This is a multi-facetted role operating in a very exciting market space with huge future potential.
In this newly created position, there will be room to develop and grow your career in line with Virtua's long-term growth plans (opening new international offices, taking on new clients in wider territories, launching new markets)and this is a fantastic opportunity for anyone wanting to take on the challenge of working in a start-up, within a business with a hard-working & autonomous culture that has huge ambitions for the future.
