Title: Global Procurement Manager
Location: London (3 days a week, 2 from home)
Salary & Package: £80,000 - £86,000 + bonus and benefits
Sea Global are delighted to supporting an exceptional professional services business who are looking to recruit a Global Procurement Manager to join their fast paced, well-established function.
The role is an existing position within the business, and they are looking for someone to take on the responsibilities of the previous incumbent who was highly successful in the role and well regarded by the stakeholders.
This is a strategic procurement role, the Procurement Director is looking for someone who has strong indirect procurement experience within FM, Real Estate, Marketing and Travel, ideally on an international scale.
The role sits within a close-knit team, so the successful candidate should be comfortable working in this environment.

Role & Responsibilities Report into the Procurement Director and work within the procurement team Lead end to end procurement, including strategic sourcing, category planning and supplier relationship management Plan and successfully lead Strategic Sourcing Projects from inception through to Contract Award and Implementation Work closely with stakeholders across varying departments and levels, build and develop existing relationships Proactively identify changes and improvements to the Procurement service offering, policies, and practices Assist in delivering cost reduction and service improvements when contracts are operational Draft new contracts, as well as negotiate existing and new contracts Experience & Requirements Ideally will have experience working within a large professional / financial services organisation such as Banking, Legal, Insurance, Consultancy etc Category experience within FM & Real Estate is essential for this role, the other categories listed would be a "nice to have" End to end procurement experience on an international scale would be essential Knowledge of UK Contract Law Relevant education or qualification would be beneficial but not essential
