Global Learning Partner - DoThinkDo As a DoThinkDo Global Learning Partner, you'll be selling highly impactful, bespoke learning programmes that support some of the largest companies in the world.
We work consultatively with our clients, generally senior HR and L&D, to understand their people and performance challenges.
Your role is to propose suitable solutions from our unique and innovative point of view.
A distinct advantage to working in this role is selling an extremely impactful and unique product that very often achieves an NPS score of 80+.
You'll be encouraged to think and act creativity to find a style of working that suits you.
You'll primarily focus on growing new business, as well as expanding work with some of our existing clients.
Your earning potential will be uncapped.
Hard work and success are rewarded with a generous commission structure and opportunities to progress and develop.
This is a hybrid role.
Currently 2 days a week in London (Tuesday, Wednesday), 3 days remote.

What we're looking for: demonstrable experience in consultative B2B sales: securing new business and growing existing accounts proven track record of hitting your targets, with an average deal size of £100k+ ideally experience owning the end-to-end process from lead sourcing, through to proposal generation and final pitch a love of learning - we're thought-leaders in our space, so we want you to be excited about what drives human performance and engagement at work comfort with working in a creative, fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment a self-starter who enjoys managing their own time and workload, coming up with creative answers to challenges, and building their own business pipeline What we offer Competitive salary – our priority is to find the right person Qualification and personal development opportunities The opportunity to work from home some of the week  Pension  Health insurance (after 1 year) 5 weeks holiday plus bank holidays
