Responsibilities Develop and execute the company's media buying strategy, with a focus on driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and collecting new publishers Lead and mentor a high-performing team of business development professionals, media buyers and lead generation specialists Lead negotiations and contract discussions with prospective publishers and SSPs, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives Collaborate with cross-functional WMG International teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment and integration of business development initiatives.
Qualifications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in the programmatic monetization industry, three years at least Understanding JS Tag base, VAST, header bidding, and openRTB technologies Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles, with a focus on driving revenue growth Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals and objectives Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
