We are a brand embarking on a very exciting plan and we are seeking new members of the team who want to contribute to this.
The roleThe Head of Learning, Engagement and Talent Development will lead our strategy in helping employees grow and succeed.
Through the team, you'll create and deliver training programs, find ways for people to learn new skills, and make sure our development plans support our company's goals.
Ultimately, you'll work with your team and alongside the People and Culture senior leadership team to create an environment where everyone feels encouraged to develop, and engaged to deliver exceptional results for our brand.
What will I be doing?Build on, and implement a comprehensive learning, talent, and development strategy that aligns with the brand's vision and business objectivesCollaborate with senior leaders to identify skill gaps and future capabilities required for team and brand successFoster a culture of continuous learning and innovationOversee the design, delivery, and evaluation of training programmes, workshops, and e-learning initiativesEnsure that learning programmes are inclusive, accessible, and aligned with diverse learning needsUtilise metrics to measure the effectiveness of learning interventions and make data-driven improvementsLead talent identification and succession planning processes to build a robust leadership pipelineDevelop strategies to attract, retain, and engage high-potential employeesPartner with people partners and business leaders to assess talent needs and design bespoke development plansCreate and implement leadership programmes to enhance the skills of current and future leadersAct as a coach and mentor to senior leaders, supporting their personal and professional growthIntegrate DEI principles into all learning and talent initiativesPromote a culture where all employees feel valued and have equal opportunities for developmentStay abreast of trends and innovations in learning and talent development to drive continuous improvementManage the learning and development budget effectively to ensure ROIWhat skills do I need?First and foremost you are an amazing leader.
