Job Summary Be the go-to person to ensure that every piece of communication, every touchpoint, every interaction is not only presented correctly, but is reflective of our overall brand ethos.
This role will involve collaborating with colleagues in design, digital and operations and working across the globe on a variety of media channels including print, digital and 'at-location'.
We are looking for someone who is creative and detail orientated; who is confident dealing with multiple campaigns simultaneously whilst developing a consistent, rounded and well considered brand message.
Job Responsibilities: Brand Management & Evolution: Define and develop the Brand Strategy for Aspire Executive Lounges Act as brand guardian; Lead the strategic development and evolution of the Aspire Lounges brand across global markets.
Own, create and develop Brand governance documentation.
Ensure consistent brand messaging, visual identity, and tone across all customer touchpoints, at-location (in lounge) and online Conduct market research to identify brand positioning opportunities and partnerships Work closely with Head of B2B Growth and Insight to advise on consumer trends, stay ahead of the curve and drive continuous brand growth and differentiation.
Creation Oversee the creation of marketing materials such as at-location collateral, digital marketing campaigns, sales collateral – aiming for consistency each and every time.
Assess, source and plan relevant participation in trade shows and conferences Own the look, feel and tone-of-voice of the Aspire brand across all digital and traditional media as well as in lounge.
Marketing Strategy & Execution: Leading our drive towards and positioning us as a out-and-out direct-to-consumer brand, adjusting our customer mix and drastically increasing our B2C customer base over 12 – 24 months.
Focus on and increase awareness of our brand, ensuring consumers are educated in our product offering, ensuring we are perceived as an accessible/dependable brand.
Work cross functionally with the Head of E-Commerce to create and develop content and media for our e-commerce website, as well as collaborating on acquisition marketing campaigns through a variety of digital channels.
Own and initiate awareness campaigns across a variety of traditional and, in collaboration with the Head of Digital & Ecommerce, digital media and platforms.
With the Head of Digital & Ecommerce, collaborate and develop a planned marketing calendar for Aspire Executive Lounges.
Working with Head of B2B marketing, Growth and Insight to develop understanding of customer.
Lead the way in enhancing brand stickiness and developing a loyal customer base; Understand customer, deliver relevant content, foster deep connections and ensure Aspire Lounges appeal to the right target audiences.
Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies aimed at increasing brand awareness, driving customer acquisition, and maximizing lounge occupancy.
Manage the marketing budget to optimize return on investment and align efforts with business goals.
Work closely with sales, operations, and commercial teams to support revenue growth and ensure marketing strategies reflect business priorities.
Oversee digital marketing efforts, including content creation, social media campaigns, paid advertising, and SEO/SEM to maximize digital presence.
Loyalty & Retention Programs: Manage our customer loyalty program; Strengthen relationships with frequent travellers, enhance customer retention and drive repeat visits.
Develop personalized marketing strategies to increase customer lifetime value and improve the overall customer experience.
Use customer insights, analytics, and feedback to refine loyalty initiatives and improve guest satisfaction.
Partnership & Stakeholder Management: Foster relationships with key partners, airlines and airports to enhance Aspire Lounges' visibility and co-marketing opportunities.
Collaborate with key stakeholders within Swissport to ensure marketing efforts align with corporate strategies and goals.
Leadership & Team Development: Build and mentor our high-performing marketing team, fostering creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Coach, plan, collaborate and lead two Marketing Executives, fostering creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Ensure marketing strategy is delivered, ensure network-wide marketing initiatives are developed, online marketing campaigns brought together and on-brand collateral is rolled out across lounges.
Manage relationships with external marketing agencies and service providers.
Qualifications & Competencies Proven experience in a senior marketing role, ideally within the travel, hospitality, or premium service industry.
Strong expertise in brand development and strategic marketing, with a track record of driving brand growth.
Analytical and proactive with a commercial approach to marketing Experience in developing and managing loyalty programs ideal, with a deep understanding of customer segmentation and personalisation strategies.
Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Ability to analyse data, draw insights, and translate them into actionable marketing strategies.
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrable experience or bachelor's degree in marketing, Business/related field
