German Speaking Supply Chain Planner

Are you fluent in German and passionate about Supply Chain?
We're looking for a dynamic and ambitious German Speaking Supply Chain Planne r to join our B Corp Drink business based in Central London!
Key Responsibilities: Manage daily order processes to consistently meet all deadlines and service level agreements.
Perform weekly order reconciliations to identify and resolve discrepancies.
Oversee month-end processes, including reconciliation of inbound, outbound, and inventory activities.
Report on packaging waste for the DACH region, ensuring compliance with regulations and timely submissions.
Monitor stock levels at risk and flag issues to relevant stakeholders while tracking the effectiveness of action plans.
Liaise with key retailers and stakeholders on queries relating to orders and invoices.
Confirm retailer deliveries on SAP.
Track inbound shipments, key metrics, and service level KPIs.
Develop a comprehensive supply plan for a three-month horizon.
Skills & Experience: Native/Fluent in German.
Relevant experience in a supply chain role, preferably in retail or FMCG.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams.
Proficiency in MS 365 Suite; knowledge of Power BI/SAP is a plus.
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Self-motivated, with a positive and flexible attitude.
Ability to solve problems efficiently using initiative.
