Position: Sales Support Specialist Responsibilities: Inbound PPC Leads Oversight: Take charge of inbound leads, particularly from Germany.
Chase and follow up as needed, utilizing different tools to ensure no opportunity goes unnoticed.
CRM Utilization: Dive into the world of Hub Spot CRM, using it as a powerful tool to streamline and enhance the sales process.
Presentation and Proposal Preparation: Craft compelling presentations, quotations, and proposal documents, ensuring they mirror our commitment to excellence.
Sales Training Support: Assist in the development and delivery of sales training programs, contributing to the growth and success of the sales team.
Meeting Coordination: Organize and provide support for team and national meetings, fostering collaboration and unity.
Marketing Collaboration: Engage in various marketing activities, including social media, blogs, website updates, LinkedIn posts, leaflets, videos, and e-blasts, amplifying our brand presence.
Relationship Building: Cultivate meaningful professional relationships with Area Managers and internal IMSM team members, contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.
Sales Administration: Handle general sales administration tasks as required, ensuring the smooth flow of operations.
Requirements: Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Fluency in German is required .
Nice-to-Have but not a requirement: Previous experience in sales support or a related field Familiarity with CRM tools, particularly Hub Spot.
