DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Proactively generate new business by engaging dairy farm owners and managers through various outreach methods.
- Cultivate strong relationships with potential clients, providing insightful information about product offerings.
- Schedule qualified appointments for the field sales team with prospective customers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date prospect information in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance lead-generation initiatives.
REQUIRED SKILLS The German speaking Sales Executive will have the majority of the following experience: - Minimum of 2+ years in outbound sales, telesales, or business development roles.
- Fluency in German, with strong verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in English is desirable.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and working independently.
