Job Details: Salary £59,175 - £95,400 per annum (Pro-rata) Contract Substantive Hours Part-time: 6 Programmed Activities (DCC:SPA = On call None Location Mountnessing Court Inpatient Unit, 240 Mountnessing Road, Billericay, Essex, CM12 0EH.

We are currently recruiting for a Specialty Doctor position in the Community Inpatient Intermediate Care Service, based at Mountnessing Court Inpatient Unit, 240 Mountnessing Road, Billericay, Essex, CM12 is a well-established post, and we wish to recruit as soon as possible.
You will join 2wte Consultant Geriatricians, and Specialty Doctor within the service, and will have the opportunity to influence future direction, treatment, and models of design in the area in which you work.

Detailed job description and main responsibilities You will be expected to:·Workaspartofmultidisciplinaryteamsprovidingcaretoolder adultpeople with physical health needs, within a community based inpatient setting.·Provideseniormedicalsupporttotheteam,anddirectinputonclinicalcases.·Provideguidanceandsupervisiontotheteam.·Work directly with older adult people and their families and liaise as appropriate with other external older adult health providers, and acute hospitals.·Work alongside 2wte Consultant Geriatrician and Specialty Doctor within the service and share clinical supervision requirements for the team.·Developlinksalreadyestablishedwiththelocalacutetrusts'A&Edepartments and inpatient wards.·Beresponsibleforpatientsallocatedtothemandwillassess,manage,plan,and deliver care.·Supportyourpeersandtheteammanagerandbeaneffectiveteammember whilst working on their own initiative.·Supervisejuniorcolleaguesandliaisewithotherhealthandsocialprofessionals and agencies.
