This business is a leader in the provision of expert advice, in relation to property & infrastructure projects across the UK.
This individual will be involved in providing strategic acquisitions & development advice, particularly relating to the negotiation of agreements and assessment of acquisitions / redevelopment projects around major infrastructure schemes.
Strong valuation skills are accordingly essential, as is experience of working for or closely with Local Authorities / Public Bodies.
This post would favour someone based around either the Midlands or Northern England region, (where the majority of the projects are based.
