As a Geography Teacher , you will play a crucial role in delivering engaging and dynamic lessons that bring the world to life for our students.
You will guide them through the wonders of our planet, helping them develop a deep understanding of geographical concepts and global issues.
Responsibilities As a Geography Teacher : Deliver high-quality Geography lessons to students across KS3 and KS4.
Create and implement engaging lesson plans that inspire a love for geography.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
Prepare students for examinations and support them in achieving their best.
Work collaboratively with the Geography department to develop resources.
Participate in extracurricular activities and field trips to enhance learning.
Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment.
Engage with parents and carers to support student development.
Requirements As a Geography Teacher : Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
A degree in Geography or a related field.
Experience teaching Geography at secondary school level.
Strong classroom management skills.
Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
A passion for Geography and education.
