Key Responsibilities: • Plan and deliver dynamic and effective lessons in Geography, following the national curriculum.
• Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of all students.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing timely feedback to support their development.
• Contribute to the broader school community through extracurricular activities, department collaboration, and school events.
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student engagement and respect.
• Work closely with colleagues, parents, and school leaders to support student welfare and academic success.
About You: • A qualified teacher with a relevant degree in Geography or a related subject.
• Strong knowledge of the Geography curriculum at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (and Key Stage 5 if applicable).
• A passion for Geography and a genuine interest in helping students succeed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate students.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create an inclusive learning environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across the school.
