Job Description: We are looking for a passionate and committed Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team.
The successful candidate will support the class teacher in delivering high-quality education and will play a key role in the development and well-being of our young learners.
Key Responsibilities: Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging and effective lessons.
Provide individual and small group support to students to enhance their learning.
Help create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports all students.
Assist with the assessment of student progress and provide feedback to the class teacher.
Support students with special educational needs (SEN) and ensure they have access to the curriculum.
Help manage classroom behavior and maintain a safe and orderly learning environment.
Prepare and organize teaching materials and resources.
Participate in school events, trips, and extracurricular activities as required.
Provide general administrative support to the class teacher and school as needed.
Requirements: Relevant qualifications or experience in supporting teaching and learning in a primary school setting.
A strong understanding of the Primary curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and the wider school community.
Patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for working with young children.
A commitment to the safeguarding and well-being of all students.
Basic IT skills for supporting learning and administrative tasks.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
