General Sales Manager - BMW Salisbury Hours: Full time Monday - Friday and alternate weekends, 45 hours per week
Salary: competitive with OTEs up to £67,500 and company car

We are seeking an experienced General Sales Manager to join Marshall Motor Group and lead our sales team at our BMW Dealership based in Salisbury.
This role will see you use your sales management experience to lead the team in delivering good outcomes for our customers.
Reporting to the Head of Business, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading automotive group whilst representing an amazing brand.
You oversee a team of 7 Sales Execs and 2 Transaction Managers; together with a New Car Sales Manager and Used Car Sales Manager, the team oversee both New and Used Vehicle Sales.

Managing the Sales Executives and Transaction Managers, working together with the NCSM and UCSM.
Motivating the team to deliver good outcomes for customers as well as achieving weekly sales targets on vehicles, finance and insurance products
Liaising with customers, both face-to-face and by phone/email, Dealing with customer complaints in an efficient and effective manner
Working to promote vehicles and services on offer in the dealership and online
To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience as a sales manager within the automotive industry with main dealership experience.
Excellent relationship building skills with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve both quality & quantity goals
