General Car Sales Manager – Volvo, West London, Chiswick Salary: OTE £75,000 plus Company Car

We are currently looking for an engaging and highly motivated General Sales Manager to join our Volvo, West London team.
What you'll do The General Sales Manager will be leading a team of Sales Executives. You will undoubtedly be an experienced people manager with a passion for building excellent customer satisfaction whilst driving forward profitable business expansion. As a customer-focused manager, you will inspire your team to retain loyal customers whilst attracting new business through exceptional customer relations. You will be able to enhance the current team by providing support, coaching and motivation to them.

You have a customer-centric mindset, strong communication skills, and an empathetic instinct which allows you to understand the needs of people around you. You are full of energy, self-motivated and make things happen – never settling for just the status quo.

To be successful in this role you will have a great eagerness to learn and passion for the Volvo brand. For this role you must have the following:
More than 2 years of experience as a General Sales Manager in the automotive industryA sound knowledge and understanding of FCA standards, consumer legislation and trade practicesFinancially astute with a proven track record of achieving resultsExcellent communication skills at all levels combined with an eye for detail and a strong entrepreneurial spiritIs this you?
