General Practice Surveyor

I am currently recruiting for a General Practice Surveyor on an initial 6 month interim assignment for my local authority client based in the West Midlands.
The successful candidate needs proven experience on commercial asset portfolios and can have worked as either an Estate Manager or Surveyor.
You do not need to be RICS accredited.
Job overview Managing lease renewals, rent reviews and tenant approvals for the business centres.
Overseeing financial processes, ensuring adherence to council policies and maximising revenue.
Ensuring smooth functioning of financial operations, including expenditure control, invoicing and service charge management.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with tenants and landlords, resolving disputes, and supporting tenancy arrangements.
