This is a role with vital responsibilities and people management requirements and is a huge opportunity for seasoned individuals with experience in public sector and health care.Key Responsibilities include:What the General will be doing:-Effective strategic Operational Management of the DirectorateLead change in the Clinical Board's quality improvement programme.Work with colleagues to review and re-design services in order to meet the needs of patients and help achieve key performance indicators and reduce costs.Undertake line management responsibilities for direct reports, e.g.
