The Role As General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the restaurant's success.
Youll oversee daily operations, ensuring a seamless customer experience, managing events, and fostering a motivated and high-performing team.
This is a hands-on position, and we are looking for someone who leads by example, thrives under pressure, and is not afraid to roll up their sleeves.
Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership : Oversee all aspects of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.
Customer Experience : Maintain high standards of service, creating memorable dining experiences that keep guests coming back.
Event Management : Plan and execute events that align with the restaurant's Mediterranean theme and enhance our brand.
Team Management : Recruit, train, and develop a strong team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Financial Oversight : Manage budgets, control costs, and work towards achieving revenue and profitability goals.
About You To succeed in this role, you will need: Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role within the restaurant industry.
Expertise in events, customer service, and people management.
A hands-on approach with the ability to inspire and motivate your team.
Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
A strong passion for hospitality and the Mediterranean cuisine concept.
