The hotel has 196 rooms and is ideally located, within 5 minutes walking distance from Leeds main train station and next to Central Square.
The hotel also has 9 meeting rooms, a restaurant, and a bar.

Job Description
WHAT WE ARE SEEKING: In your role, you will be responsible for the entire hotel operation and standards of the product and services.You will actively seek new business and ways of optimizing profit.Manage & lead the team to ensure efficient and effective daily hotel operations.Be instrumental in driving changes and improvements in performance and implementing strategies in line with business objectives.Create effectively a collaborative and inclusive environment where all colleagues are encouraged to provide input. YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE INCLUDE: Previous General Manager experience in mid-scale or similar hotels is necessary.
GM will have great people skills, leading an established team in a very successful and vibrant city centre hotel.Previous experience managing owner relationships.
Commercially driven, ideally you must have experience within mid-scale hotels.For the successful applicant, the role offers the chance to contribute to the success of the hotel in a competitive market while providing individual challenge and personal development.
