General Manager

Due to our fantastic General Manager heading towards a well earned retirement, we are seeking an ambitious, enthusiastic new member to join our Senior Management Team.

Responsibilities Provide leadership, direction and support to colleagues including scheduling holidays, managing uniform and other equipment requests, managing absences and providing a key point of contact for colleagues Recruitment and onboarding new hires Drive development of employees Ensure that quality of work and service is maintained event scheduling departmental interfacing key client communication Qualifications Management, Customer Service and HR experience Strong administrative skills Demonstrated ability to be adaptable
