How we define success for a General Manager: A highly motivated and happy team, we believe our customer feedback goes hand in hand with the happiness of our people, but it takes an art to create this with a flexible workforce, visible, out in front leadership across different shifts makes it happen. Feedback scores across multiple channels which show consistency in a raised level of service, and pro-active action towards addressing trends which tell us change in approach is needed. Highly confident in understanding the numbers and reacting to changes in business levels to protect the financial outcomes. Pro-active in seeking out opportunities which will raise our profile within the Community through events and partnerships; our regulars know you by name and have confidence that you will ensure the venue is run well. Build a strong sense of collaboration with the other venues across the group and bring fresh and new ideas to the table others can learn from. What you can expect from us as General Manager: Trust and autonomy for you to run this as your own business but with regular support and check-ins with the Operations Manager.
