Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality, food safety, and culinary management.
This role requires exceptional leadership skills to manage a diverse team effectively while ensuring the highest standards of service and food production are maintained.
The General Manager will play a pivotal role in enhancing customer satisfaction and driving business growth within our pub/restaurant environment.
Live in accommodation provided.

Duties Lead and manage all aspects of operations, including cellar management, kitchen management, food production, and service delivery.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene throughout the establishment.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and profitability.
Train, mentor, and motivate staff to achieve excellence in service and teamwork.
Oversee inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling costs to maximise profitability.
Foster a positive working environment that encourages collaboration and high performance among team members.
Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to ensure satisfaction.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations across the pub/restaurant.
Requirements Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
Strong knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques.
Excellent leadership skills with a track record of effective team management.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
A passion for hospitality with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
