We are looking for a General Manager for this prestigious new opening .

The salary for this role is £48k per annum basic salary, in addition to this you will get a fair share of gratuities and tips up to £5k.
PLUS you will receive a 2k bonus after 12 months service!!
The package value is up to £55k per year.

You will be confident and outgoing General Manager, who enjoys managing and developing a people and who loves creating engaging and dynamic guest experiences and have a natural flair for people and true hospitality and have demonstrable experience in managing restaurants, with the all-round ability required to lead the success of this exciting new restaurant by the sea.

Before starting in your new restaurant, we will get you up and running with an exceptional induction and training program which includes a Brixham fish market tour, extensive training plan and experience with our inspirational managers so you can hit the ground running.
You will be required to have previous experience at General Manager level and able to travel to the Salcombe location.
