Requirements: Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role in the hospitality industry, with a track record of driving success and exceeding targets.

Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team towards a common goal.
Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyse financial data, develop strategic plans, and drive revenue growth.

A creative thinker with a knack for innovation and a willingness to push the boundaries of traditional hospitality.
A full understanding of the Welsh language is preferable.
