What you'll be doing
As the General Manager at our Practice Plus Group Surgical Centre, Gillingham you will act as the business and operational lead, on behalf of the Senior Management Team, liaising daily with staff, Clinical/Non Clinical Heads of Departments (HODs) and their Service Leads to ensure delivery and continuity of service.
You will work closely with the Business Development Manager, to promote relationships with all professional bodies, and to represent the Centre when required at external meetings. As well as identifying and nurturing effective partnerships with local GP's, Referral Management Centres (RMCs) and Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) to secure referrals.
