General Manager

JS Search and Selection is delighted to have taken a brief for a prestigious award-winning brewery in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales.

We are searching for a General Manager to run the tap room and restaurant on site.

This is a newly created position, and for that reason, we're looking for a seasoned operator with experience of managing possibly a village pub or restaurant.
However, we are open to applications of all backgrounds as long as you have management experience.

As this is a newly created role, you will have full autonomy on everything, from the menu to opening hours to staffing decisions.
The aim is to make the taproom and restaurant a real community hub, and we want the general manager to be instrumental in achieving this.

In return, we are offering a salary of up to £45,000 depending on experience.
This opportunity does not have accommodation provided.
