In this role, the general manager is responsible for driving the operational and performance growth across multiple sites in the UK.
On a day-to-day basis, you will manage the financial performance of the company, including overseeing P&L responsibilities and capital investments.
You are actively involved in executing business strategies by analyzing weekly and monthly KPIs to ensure the company meets its targets.
The General manager also interfaces with clients to understand local market needs and training requirements, while leading initiatives for sales and profit growth.
