Job Description: As the General Manager of our Yum Cha restaurant, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality, service, and customer satisfaction.
You will lead a team of dedicated staff, manage daily operations, and contribute to the restaurant's strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities: - Leadership & Team Management: - Recruit, train, and manage restaurant staff.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure staff compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Operations Management: - Oversee daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Monitor and manage inventory, ordering, and supplies.

- Customer Service: - Maintain a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere for all guests.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
