As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our business operations, driving growth, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.Collaborate with the business development manager and management team to develop and implement strategies for increasing sales and profitabilityLead by example, embodying our brand values and inspiring your team to deliver outstanding customer serviceRecruit, train, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills to exceed customer expectationsChampion brand standards and maintain a strong focus on customer and team safetyOversee day-to-day operations, maintaining very high standards and attention to detail in all aspects of the businessAnalyse financial data and manage P&L effectively to drive business successFoster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and individual growthIdentify and implement innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfactionEnsure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and community partners#LI-CY1QualificationsProven track record of success in a General Manager role, preferably in the hospitality, retail, or fast-paced service industryExceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teamsStrong business acumen and experience in P&L managementDemonstrated ability to drive sales growth and improve operational performanceExcellent problem-solving and decision-making skillsVery high standards and meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of business managementBachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)Proficiency in business management software and toolsCustomer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional serviceAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentEagerness to learn and adapt to new challengesResilient and goal-oriented approach to overcoming obstaclesStrong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
