This role will see you oversee day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and drive site efficiency to achieve business goals.
Site Manager Key Responsibilities: Manage all on-site activities, including quality assurance, health and safety, production, and engineering, you'll also work closely with logistics and distribution to ensure seamless processes Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Lead and inspire a talented team, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency across all operations Collaborate with stakeholders, solve challenges, and keep production running smoothly Control site budgets, deliver regular progress updates, and ensure regulatory compliance Ensure all site activities comply with safety, environmental, and quality regulations.
Lead, manage, and motivate site staff, including subcontractors, ensuring high levels of performance and productivity.
Develop and maintain project plans and schedules, ensuring milestones are met Monitor site progress, managing and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Collaborate with the project team, suppliers, and clients to resolve any issues, ensuring smooth project execution Prepare and maintain site documentation, including risk assessments, method statements, and safety reports Ensure all work is performed in compliance with regulatory and contractual obligations Manage site budgets, including cost control and forecasting Conduct site audits and inspections, identifying areas for improvement in safety and operational practices Ensure the maintenance of equipment and tools, minimizing downtime and ensuring operational efficiency.
About you: Proven experience as a Manufacturing or Production Site Manager in a similar field Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
A deep understanding of safety regulations, operational processes, and quality standards Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines Experience of managing short interval control Ideally have GMP experience or have worked to similar standards Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost control NEBOSH, IOSH or equivalent Excellent leadership and team management skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with staff, clients, and stakeholders at all levels Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple tasks and deadlines effectively Why APPLY NOW for this incredible Site Manager opportunity?
