Manage resident satisfaction, addressing inquiries and escalating issues as needed.
Handle recruitment, training, and development for a motivated onsite team.
Ensure financial compliance, monitoring budgets, reporting, and P&L.
Support marketing and community engagement initiatives to enhance tenant retention.
