General Manager

Buck's Bar are looking to hire an experienced General Manager to join the team at our independent restaurant in Glasgow's Southside.

You will be able to oversee the smooth running of the venue and maintain the company's brand standards that our customers have come to expect.
The ability to be a good leader and manage the team with maximum efficiency is essential.
Responsibilities include: Training your own staff and managing all aspects of staff management.
Working within company budgets.
Maximising the business.
Stock control.
Rota management.
Problem-solving quickly and effectively.
