We are looking for a wine-savvy GM, someone who feels confident talking about the wonders of natural wines and ciders.
You will need to be strong on BOH systems such as reservations and all admin work, but of course, we also hope you would have a strong standard of service, and be lovely, warm, and a great host.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to relocate to a stunning part of the country, with quick links to Bristol, Wales, Cheltenham, and Gloucester.
You could be from Bristol, for example, and commute, or there are some lovely little cottages available in the village at reduced prices.
