We have 4 other thriving pubs in The Cotswolds, each run by brilliant General Managers with support from the owners.
We are looking for a skilled General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our newest opening.
The ideal candidate will have experience as a manager and want to be part of a hard-working, fun, and friendly team.

Training and developing all staff to ensure confidence in all areas of the business.
Maintaining the building to a very high standard.
Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene legislation.
Being accountable for the efficient running of the business and meeting targets.
Identifying weaknesses and ensuring improvements are made.
Observing and reporting issues within the team and rectifying them as needed.
Training all staff in the ethos of the Company.
Being an exceptional example to all staff and customers, acting as an ambassador for the business.
Embracing operational reports produced weekly and executing necessary actions promptly.
Ensuring efficient handling of the invoice procedure daily, delegating when not present.
What we are looking for in a General Manager: The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year's experience in a relevant managerial role or senior management background.
You should be comfortable leading a team, involved in recruitment, and innovative in implementing processes to improve standards.
Ideally, you would hold a Personal License (National Certificate for Personal License Holder (B11AB Level 2).
