We are currently recruiting for a General Manager at Thales Belfast. Location: Thales
Rate of pay: £35,360 per annum
Working pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday
Key responsibilities: Management: Ensure the overall efficient and effective management of the contract, delivering high-quality and consistent catering services across all areas.Client Relationships: Maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.Planning: Smoothly plan and allocate resources to deliver first-class service to clients and customers.Team Leadership: Manage, recruit, develop, and train team members to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.Compliance: Ensure full compliance with company policies and procedures.Financial Management: Deliver on the agreed financial budget, managing the operation in line with the budget.Clerical duties associated with the efficient running of the unit, including record keeping and cash handling.What's in it for you?
