We're looking for an experienced General Manager to lead the team at Glencoe Inn, a picturesque 16-bedroom property renowned for its warm Scottish hospitality and breathtaking surroundings.

The Role As General Manager, you'll be at the core of operations, ensuring our guests enjoy exceptional service and memorable experiences.
This hands-on role has a strong focus on food & beverage, particularly with the seasonal Glencoe Gathering, a favorite dining venue for locals and visitors alike.
Your responsibilities will include managing daily operations, overseeing guest satisfaction, motivating the team, and ensuring smooth F&B service.

What We're Looking For F&B Experience: Strong experience in food & beverage operations, ideally in a similar high-standards setting.
Operational Excellence: Skilled in managing day-to-day property operations, from guest services to financial performance.
Leadership: A people-first approach, able to inspire and guide a team to deliver exceptional service.
Local Focus: No live-in accommodation is available, so ideally, you're commuting or relocating nearby.
