As an experienced General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations across a number of establishments within the group, managing staff, operations, guest experience, and financial planning.

Responsibilities: Lead and inspire a dedicated team, delivering a positive and productive work environment.Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by providing outstanding service and memorable experiences.Oversee day-to-day operations, including inventory management and quality control.Recruit, train, and develop a team capable of meeting and exceeding targets. Ideal Candidate: Proven experience as a General Manager, or a similar role in a luxury hospitality setting.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.Excellent organisational and time management skills.Strong financial acumen complemented with analytical skills.A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
