As an experienced General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all operations, across a number of establishments across the group, whilst overseeing all aspects of management including staff management, operations, guest experience and financial planning.
General Manager responsibilities will include; Lead and inspire a dedicated team, by delivering and leading a positive and productive work environment.
Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction, delivering outstanding service and memorable experiences.
Oversee day-to-day operations, monitoring inventory management and quality control.
Recruit, train and develop a team who are able to meet and exceed targets.

The ideal candidate will have; Proven experience as a General Manager, or a similar role in a luxury hospitality setting.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
