General Manager - Gloucestershire - Salary up to £65,000 + Benefits + Car - Ref 1797 I am currently recruiting for a Gneral Manager to work for a leading organisation based in Gloucestershire.
Salary up to £65,000 + Benefits + Car.
The organisation has a fantastic heritage having been established for over 100 years and subsequently have an unrivalled reputation in the market they operate within.
In line with the business objectives and due to an internal promotion they have the need to appoint a General Manager on a permanent basis.
Essential Requirements: - Previous experience as a General Manager, Production Manager, Works Manager or similar - Previous experience working in a metal manufacturing facility (ideally overseeing Welders and Fabricators) - Degree Educated Ideal Requirements: - Experience working in an SME (5-100 people) This is a fantastic opportunity for a General Manager to work for a well-established company who will provide the right individual with a stable platform whilst giving them the autonomy to in essence run the production factory as they see fit.
