For their Cheltenham site, our client is recruiting a General Manager.Role objectives:Lead the building team to deliver the company's values and member journeyCreate a proactive, empowering workplace for the team, members and building communityDeliver targeted occupancy percentage and achieve location budget and KPI'sRole responsibilities will include:Create, implement, review and revise your location sales planProspecting and organic site led activity to bring in new members.Manage a pipeline of sales, working alongside an internal sales teamOversee calendar of community activities/events to enhance your community engagementEstablish regular contact with members to ensure the team are exceeding expectationsAssisting with recruitment and training of new team members for your locationThe candidate:The successful candidate is likely to be from one of these professional backgrounds:Flexi or serviced office backgroundLocal corporate hotel salesBusiness development managersProactive sales in conference and eventsRemuneration:A likely basic salary of c.£40,, dependant on experience, plus benefits (including private healthcare) and an annual bonus.?
