General Manager - Contract Catering - £45k I am currently looking to recruit a General Manager for my client's site based in Buckinghamshire.
This role requires someone with a strong contract catering background and a passion for developing the business.
My client is one of the leading independent Education Caterers and are recruiting for a day school, where they caterer for approximately 300 pupils.
As the General Manager, you will be responsible for a team of 8 staff ensuring training, development and management of the team.
You will be financially responsible and able to manage budget and costs.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills/ knowledge Currently at a General Manager level within Contract Catering Experience within the Independent school sector A strong understanding of all Food Hygiene/ Health & Safety procedures Strong client relationships and exceptional stakeholder management Working Monday to Friday.
