We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead the team of an recently refurbished property with Boutique bedrooms.
- Brand new site following a multi-million-pound refurbishment - State-of-the-art bar, kitchen, and working cellar - Full refurbishment of interiors, exteriors, boutique bedrooms and garden - Competitive salary up to £50k per annum inclusive of tronc plus bonus - Opportunity to work alongside a talented Head Chef and Operations Team - Aim to achieve Michelin Bib Gourmand, Estrella Top Gastro Pubs, Good Food Guide, and more **What We're Looking For:** **Knowledge:** - Extensive experience in fine dining establishments with a focus on rooms operations - Expertise in crafting and curating beverage menus that complement the sites high standards **Leadership:** - Lead, mentor, and develop the bar team, ensuring consistency and excellence in service delivery - Foster a culture of professionalism and continuous improvement within the bar staff **Menu Creation:** - Design innovative, seasonal drink menus that highlight the restaurant's ethos and culinary offerings - Minimum of Level 2 WSET qualification or similar - Deep passion for great food & drinks, including cocktails, wines, and craft beers **Operational Management:** - Oversee all rooms, restaurant and bar operations, ensuring standards are maintained and resources are utilised efficiently - Maintain and run a well-organised operations **Budgeting:** - Manage all operations related costs, ensuring financial targets are met without compromising on quality - Monitor inventory and optimise supply chains to minimise waste and maximise profitability **Supplier Relations:** - Establish and maintain strong relationships with beverage suppliers to ensure the best quality and value - Source unique and high-quality ingredients and products for the bar Join us at The Leicester Arms and lead the team in delivering an exceptional guest experience in a beautifully refurbished setting.
