General Maintenance/Handyperson

We are seeking a skilled and versatile General Maintenance/Handyperson to join our Cambridge based client.
This would be a permanent position would be working 8am 4pm Monday to Friday.
Main Duties: Perform a wide range of basic maintenance tasks, including painting, decorating, tiling, flooring, plumbing, and electrical repairs.
Conduct regular safety inspections of our facilities to identify and address potential hazards.
Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests.
Collaborate with other tradespeople and contractors to ensure efficient and effective maintenance.
The Successful Candidate: Industry-approved qualification in an area of maintenance, such as NVQ level 2 or equivalent.
Practical experience in general maintenance or building works.
Knowledge of health and safety practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
