General Labourer/Driver

General Labourer / Driver Location: EX16 4HQ Start Date: ASAP Contract Duration: 6+ months Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 37 hours per week Pay Rate: 13.69 per hour We are looking for a hardworking and versatile General Labourer / Driver to join a Local Authority based in Tiverton.
In this role, you will assist in carrying out void and responsive repair works, taking on various tasks that do not require a formal trade qualification.
Key Responsibilities: Assist in property and garden clearances, and general labouring tasks.
Transport debris to landfill sites as required.
Operate vehicles up to and exceeding 7.5 tonnes, including towing trailers.
Drive plant machinery such as mini diggers and dumpers for excavation work.
Perform semi-skilled repairs and maintenance tasks.
Essential Requirements: A valid Class 2 Driving Licence.
Current CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence).
Experience in driving large vehicles and operating plant machinery.
Ability to carry out physical tasks in outdoor environments.
