Job Description General Assistant: Zero hours contract, £12.00 per hour Mainly working Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work You will be expected to: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs and requests promptly and professionally Assist in food and beverage service, ensuring a friendly and efficient dining experience for guests Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment Support various departments as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability Comply with health and safety regulations, including food service and catering guidelines Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all work areas Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive work atmosphere Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge Qualifications Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and supportive attitude Strong verbal and written communication abilities Proven ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills, including proficiency in point-of-sale systems Accurate cash handling and basic math skills Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred Food safety certification a plus Must be eligible to work in the United Kingdom Additional Information If you are a General Assistant who thrives on delivering extraordinary experiences, loves to be part of a harmonious and collaborative team, we would love to hear from you!
