Managing stakeholders at all levels, you will be responsible for ensuring we align to strategy and are efficient and cost effective in our solutions with new cutting edge technology.Key accountabilities:Creation and management of the roadmap for Generative AI implementations ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder needs.Prioritisation of features, product specifications, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact AI solutions.Upskilling of the team, ensuring they are equipped with the latest tools and methodologies in GenAI and data science.Implementation of processes for standardization, ensuring consistent and high-quality delivery of Gen AI projects.Mentoring and development a team of Gen AI specialists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.End-to-end implementation of GenAI chatbots and other AI-driven products, from ideation through to deployment.Monitoring the product performance with regular reviews to identify opportunities for optimisation and improvement.Being a primary point of contact for GenAI, liaising stakeholders, gathering requirements and providing updates.Who you areExpert in understanding of Gen AI technology.Strong understanding of data architecture, model lifecycle management, cloud platforms and AI governance.Ability to translate business objectives into technical requirements and complex technical concepts into understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders.Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex challenges and deliver innovative solutions.Effective collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.Inspirational team leadership skills, fostering collaboration and innovation.Ability to think critically and strategically about product development, team growth, and long-term AI integration.
